I have recently been given the chance to try out CND Colours & Effects, a nail polish brand I have not used before. The Colours & Effects I received are:
- Frosting Cream
- Creamy Cameo
- Taffy Pink
- Gold Sparkle (Effects)
- Amethyst Sparkle (Effects)
Formula wise, the colours are on the thinner side, but easy to work with. They apply smoothly with the big and flat brush, giving you an even application. The creamy colours, such as Frosting Cream and Creamy Cameo were a little bit more on the difficult side to work with, as you need to apply between three to four coats for full opacity. As for Taffy Pink, two coats were more than enough for an even, full-opacity manicure.
